Recruiter Submissions
ADCCO does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters, headhunters, contract recruiters, search firms, or employment agencies. Before any payment obligation for a referral or recruiter fee can be established, a placement agency services agreement must be in place. If a recruiter or agency submits any resumes or candidates without a previously signed and executed agreement, ADCCO reserves the right to recruit and hire those candidates at its discretion, without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency. Any unsolicited resumes or candidates' contact information, including those sent directly to ADCCO hiring managers or any other employee, will be deemed the property of ADCCO upon receipt.
