At ADCCO Paving Contractors, we’re more than a paving company—we’re a team committed to quality, relationships, and community. With roots that run over 40 years deep in Wilson County, ADCCO (formerly ADC Inc.) has long been a trusted name in the asphalt industry.

In 2025, ownership of the company transitioned to Tara Thomas, Chris Thomas, and Chad Morgan, who came together to build on that legacy while investing in people and expanding services. Collectively, their leadership brings decades of experience in construction, equipment sales, and business operations. 

Chris, a lifelong Wilson County native with a background in heavy equipment, and Chad, with a career dedicated to construction sales and supporting local contractors, bring deep community ties and a wealth of knowledge in construction, heavy equipment, and paving. Tara, with a background in mergers & acquisitions, business development, and operations, adds the vision and structure to carry ADCCO forward.
